Who doesn’t love a good checklist? The following information is usually required during the loan process, so you can be prepared.

Information Required

Social Security Numbers
One-year tax return with attached W-2’s. If self-employed or commission paid 2 years with attached W-2’s/1099’s may be required.
Current pay stubs
Bank statements for the past two months
Investment account statements for the past two months
Retirement account statements for the past two months
Make and model of vehicles owned and resale values
Credit card account information
Auto loan account information
Personal loan account information
